In the past, the espresso and food service cart manufacturing process is a daunting task for the laymen to embark upon, not any more thanks to us.  There are countless details that must be addressed just to create a functioning cart, much more so to create an optimized one.  Through the years we have encountered all of the obstacles in all areas of this business, the process of manufacturing has been an ongoing process of refinement.  It's the practical, real world experience that makes the difference in a vast amount of areas which we have accumulated knowledge of through the years since the early days of espresso cart manufacturing, back when it was just becoming a big thing in Seattle.  Having developed our approach and understandings, it's much easier for even an amateur to grasp and excel upon, following our highly detailed, close guidance system and support structure.

50 amp, single phase Electrical sub-panel assembly guide.  Aids greatly upon how to inform your electrician upon how to properly assemble one from scratch, what supplies will be necessary, and includes how to mount it into the cart itself, this in itself is the holy grail of sorts, within this field and comparable models sell on ebay for $350.00, even though they only cost $120.00 in supplies.

Extensive instruction upon how to assemble the carts, install the plumbing, and what to be thinking along placing these into very rough conditions while minimizing liabilities and down time.  We get into torque levels, screw thread type to Plexiglas sneeze guard forming and finishing of everything, and many internal elements that focus upon a more refined approach towards assembly along with safety tips for handling your tools and materials.

Customized supplier contact network.  Instead of forcing people to go through x supplier because of potentially making residual, it's better to help our clients find a better local one, in fact, it's preferred due to lower shipping costs, and being honest, most people will put forward effort to find a better, cheaper supplier much of the time, so we are doing the leg work for you upon it. Some supplies that you have to dig to find them, more so if you do not even know the name of the thing you are asking for, and this is a very time consuming, typically expensive learning process.

Setting up your work facility.  Guidance towards purchasing tools necessary based upon the scale of what you want it to be at currently.  You can get by with much less if you are only wanting to build one cart for personal use, even a one car garage or storage place will do in that situation, or can get away with inexpensive hand and power tools for low volume production or move onto various stages towards much higher levels of volume and sophistication.  These elements are catered towards the entire range of the typical builder.

Proprietary Jigs and patterns.  Taken from the master jigs and patterns necessary to insure a refined, sophisticated and practical look to what makes the Espresso Outfitters carts have so much appeal.  Your carts will look just like ours, and the process it has taken to fully refine the exact shapes has evolved over the years to reflect a highly balanced functional design that is more modern then what is typically seen.  We also provide the bumper, t-molding to full blown components separately upon request.

Marketing and selling your carts to the public.  It's a shame the potential retail/restaurant wastes space, simply because they do not utilize the portable food service, beverage and coffee work stations, i.e., carts.  Many places do not realize the potential one can produce when implemented tactfully, in some cases, they are overlooking 6-7 figure sales brackets.  The concept is pretty simple, start out small, low overhead, self contained, as it makes money, add on, upgrade, expand and turn what you started into something more, ready to start it all over down the street.  It's a very good economy to cater to, it allows people with little capitol or credit turn their lives around, and you get to be part of it by making their own cart the way they like it, with the added benefit, it was built to the Espresso Outfitters standards!

Future updates are always available.  As this program continues, there will remain a members only section for future updates, revisions, ideas and details which will further supplement your knowledge base.  This is a semi open source system which allows a collective of ideas to be shared, being included within a network like this helps everybody keep up to date with the latest and greatest.  We can even coordinate together to share leads and projects as well should the need and desire arise.  There will also be a direct section pointing towards our protégé cart manufacturers, after all, it's the least we can do to help our building brethren out, especially with their desire for excellence. :)
